Our SME Calibration Centre has been developed to provide maintenance and calibration services such as Instrument Calibration Services and Machine Calibration Services. It also offers servicing and calibration facilities for all the mechanical testing equipment offered by us such as Digital Torsion Testing Machine, Profile Projectors, Compression Testing Machine Calibration, Dynamic Balancing Machine, Computerized Universal Testing Machine, and many more that are used in different industries. The experts working in the division ensure no downtime of any equipment in any laboratories. Some other details of the division are:

SME Calibration Centre has been a NABL accredited lab since 2004 having a site calibration facility as well as a stationary lab. Accreditation includes calibration of parameters such as force, hardness, impact, torque, pressure, profile projector etc.
The calibration is done with various ranges of load dynamometers/load cells (force measuring devices) according to the capacity of the equipment (for force parameter). All our load dynamometers and load cells are calibrated as per "Class I" accuracy of National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi (NPL).
This calibration can be undertaken in presence of National and International third-party inspection agencies like Lloyds, API, IBR, SGS, TUV, EIL etc. Our this specific division operates across he Indian and the neighboring countries, such as Kuwait, Bangladesh, Oman, Saudi Arabia, etc.

We also have a specific Agency division, which represents renowned manufacturing organizations of various testing machines. This division offers its rich application knowledge on products and its services to customers belonging to various industries such as, auto ancillaries, machine tools, automobiles, and machinery manufactures, educational institutions and research laboratories, precision fabricators, defense establishments, etc. The marketing focus of the agency division is mainly in Western Maharashtra region.

S. M. Engineers has also maintained a spares division to cater to the requirements of the Indian equipment manufacturers by providing them genuine spares for all testing equipment. The division provides various critical spares and consumables that are used in machines like Universal testing machines, hardness testers (All Rockwell, Brinell & Vickers ), Impact testing machines, Tensile testing machines, etc. are available ex-stock. All the varieties of test blocks (with calibration certificates) and indentors for hardness testers are available ex-stock. Further, in the division, even the special critical spares can be developed for meeting the specific requirements of customers.
